Rental Cost and Policies
Rental Rate of Inside Room: $875, 140 guest capacity
Rental Rate of Garden: $875, 600 guest capacity
Rental Rate of both areas: $1,075, 740 guest capacity
Members can rent the inside Halle for $500 and both areas for $600. Members must pay 100% of rental price at the time of booking. Member prices for rental is for member and his immediate family, and an open invitation to all club members posted on the board in order to get the member discount.
Rental time is for six hours.
The following information must be provided to book the event:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Drivers License #
- Expected Number of Guests
- Hours and date of event
Deposit
Deposit: 50% down, with the balance due 30 days after the contract has been signed and the date secured.
Additional Security Deposit: $250, refundable within one week after the event if no damages occur.
Security
In addition to the rental price, the renter must have security officers for their event, as required by law. The number of guests at your event determines how many officers are required.
Cancellations
Any cancellation prior to 45 days of the event will be refunded, less $250. Cancellations within 45 days of the event will be subject to 100% penalty. The Beethoven reserves the right to cancel a rental in the event of unforeseen events such as maintenance or natural disasters.
Catering and Beverages
Outside caterers are welcome. The kitchen is not available for use by the renter or by a family rental.
No outside beer, wine or soft drinks can be brought into the property. The Beethoven bar has a large selection of local and imported beers and wines, and can have set-ups available for a price. All beer, wine, and sodas must be purchased at the bar, and no kegs will be sold to renter.

The Beethoven will not assume any responsibility for loss or damage to renters' property or personal injury.
Music must stop by 11 p.m. and be played at the required sound level to be in compliance with city code.
